Jackson Posey is an award-winning journalist and storyteller with an eye for the beauty of everyday life. With extensive experience as a writer/reporter, editor, podcaster and social media manager, he's passionate about creating engaging, multimedia content in today's rapidly evolving media landscape.

Jackson Posey currently serves as the lead sportswriter, podcast host and shortform video creator for The Baylor Lariat and football broadcaster and movie podcaster for Rogue Media Network. He's earned national acclaim for his coverage, including a national third-place Pinnacle Award for Best Coverage of Faith (Spring Forth Deaf Church) and a Best Overall Show nod from the Baptist Communicators Association for his podcast, Don't Feed The Bears.

His previous stops include a stint writing for Sports Illustrated's Inside The Bears, managing social media content for Look! Livestreams (Dave Campbell's Texas Football's No. 1-ranked high school football broadcast team in the state) and directing sports coverage for the Valley Ventana, where he won three UIL Press Conference state titles: Best Sports Column (2022), Best Headlines (2022) and Best Sports Feature Story (2021).

Additionally, Posey has spent several summers serving CrossBridge Community Church as a pastoral and youth intern, podcasted for Aelius Media and founded Ranger Recruiting, a successful media network aimed at tracking and promoting Smithson Valley student-athletes.

Posey began his professional writing career way back in middle school, cranking out NBA columns and draft coverage for Fadeaway World. Storytelling has been his heartbeat since he was a child, and now he's found a proper medium. He's been hooked ever since.
